Currently, each municipality may follow different regulations for obtaining the registration number granted by the Regional Government of Andalusia. Consult our advisors, who will inform you of the process for obtaining a vacation rental license in your neighborhood association and municipality.

CENTRIC, through its revenue team, analyses the market daily with the aim of setting the price that guarantees the highest return on your property. However, we will listen carefully to your proposal.

CENTRIC, empresa especializada en alquileres, establece una política de cancelación de reservas, ajustándola a cada momento, con el objetivo de garantizar el máximo nivel de ocupación de su propiedad.

CENTRIC guarantees that you can enjoy your property, provided that you notify us in writing of your chosen dates by email to info@centricmalaga.com within a maximum period of 30 days and that no reservations have been made by any guests.

CENTRIC will issue an invoice within the first 10 working days of each month with the settlement result between the reservations made, the commission for the management of the services and any expenses that may have been incurred in the accommodation, depositing the resulting amount into your bank account.

The check-in and check-out service is included in the contracted services, so you will not have to worry about anything.

The guest pays for cleaning at the time of booking. Cleaning is included in our services, so you will not have to worry about a thing.

CENTRIC is in charge of the police registration, thus complying with the regulations regarding vacation rentals.

Support for any incidents that may occur during guests’ stays is included, allowing you to maximise the profitability of your property without having to worry about a thing.

Our services include toiletries for guests.

CENTRIC provides sheets, towels and cleaning supplies at no additional cost. You must provide your own kitchenware.
