The vacation license is obtained through a registration number granted by the Junta de Andalucía by submitting a declaration of responsibility telematically, you can do it yourself or through our specialized agents who will inform you of the cost of the service.

The publication of the property is done by CENTRIC, so we will be the ones who will appear as professional hosts.

CENTRIC analyzes the market on a daily basis in order to set the price that guarantees the highest profitability of your property. However, we will listen carefully to your proposal.

CENTRIC, a specialized rental company, establishes a policy of cancellation of reservations, adjusting it to each moment, with the objective of guaranteeing the highest level of occupancy of your property.

CENTRIC guarantees that you will be able to enjoy your property, as long as you inform us in writing of the dates chosen, within a maximum period of 30 days and they have not been booked by any guest.

CENTRIC in the first 5 working days of each month will issue an invoice with the result of the settlement between the bookings made and the commission for the management of the services of the SILVER package, depositing the resulting amount in your bank account.

The check in and check out service is included in the services contracted in the SILVER package, you will not have to take care of anything.

Among the services included in the SILVER package is the cleaning service, you will not have to take care of anything.

CENTRIC is in charge of the police registration, thus complying with the regulations regarding vacation rentals.

The SILVER package includes support for incidents that may occur during the stay of guests, you will see your property profitable without taking care of anything.

The services included in the SILVER package do not include domestic cleaning or toilet services for guests, however you can contact our specialized agents and we will inform you of the different options available.

The property must have the water, electricity and gas supplies in those cases where the property requires it. It must also have internet connection via WIFI, fiber or similar.

CENTRIC has a wide portfolio of services that improve the stay of the guests and that can be contracted in addition to the SILVER package, some of them are maintenance services, decoration, renovations, assistance to neighborhood meetings, assistance in the hiring of insurance, homestaging, etc…, however you can contact our specialized agents and we will inform you of the different options available.
